Successfully represented a leading maize flour processing industry in a claim for over KSHS. 150,000,000 for breach of contract where a supplier failed to deliver equipment that had been paid for by the factory.

Part of the Conveyancing team that undertook the project of processing Transfers and Titles for over 400 parcels of land of over 2000 acres from a parastatal to various clients.
Part of the legal team that successfully represented a former governor who was illegally and unprocedurally impeached and removed from office by the County Assembly and the Senate. The former Governor was able to complete his term after we got them back to office.
